Getting There
We highly recommend arriving by car, as public transportation is limited to a bus that runs from Madrid once per day. Having a car will also allow you to explore the surroundings. If you do not have a car or can't rent one, please contact us so we can arrange your arrival.
For the drivers, Google Maps may take you through a longer route, kindly follow this one:
1. Follow A-5 to CM-5102 in Oropesa. Take exit 148 from A-5.
2. Continue on CM-5102 to your destination in Villanueva de la Vera.

Accommodation
Most accommodations in the area are casas rurales, a form of self-catering tourist accommodation in traditional country houses set in scenic rural surroundings.
Below is a map with our recommendations, which we have focused mainly in the villages of Valverde de la Vera and Villanueva de la Vera. We have also taken into consideration that you may be traveling in groups of different sizes. If you need more support with finding a suitable accommodation, please contact us.
Note that some of the recommendations will not be covered by the bus service, if that is the case, it is stated in the description.
If you decide to book accommodation outside of the recommended list above and want to use the bus service to and from the venue on the wedding day, please try to stay near road EX-203 between the towns of Jarandilla de la Vera and Villanueva de la Vera.
